Yeah. It’s nothing but a link to a TripAdvisor reviews page!.. and this is the first time that I see it on facebook,  masked as a Fan Page!

Facebook is becoming a Search Engine, but just a little bit spammer…

Obviously I’ve googled that and I didn’t found nothing about this FaceAdvisor, except for this news that write of a TripAdvisor’s deal with Facebook…. but unfortunately it has nothing to deal with my discover

My question is: if I create a page for my hotel, will it be displayed before or after the tripdavisor link? Maybe it’s just a my paranoia, but I don’t trust Facebook

[22-Jul-2010 7:30pm Update]: it seems that there’s also yelp.com on the facebook SERPs. Speaking of  priorities, tripadvisor and yelp links are always displayed below the official hotel page. What a relief !

Questo comporta però l’utilizzo di un background (per esempio di un contenitore <div>) dunque non è possibile modificare l’attributo SRC di un’immagine solo con i css!

In questo caso specifico ci viene in aiuto jquery con due funzioni (tre se contiamo ready();) che sono hover e attr .

Eccovi il codice sorgente:

Breve spiegazione:

• Tutto lo script è incluso dentro $(document).ready();. ready()  aspetta il totale caricamento della pagina prima di eseguire il codice contenuto.
• $(“#img”).hover(x,y); questa parte di codice seleziona l’ID ‘img’ nella pagina, mentre dentro hover ci sono due funzioni x e y; x determina l’evento hover, y determina l’evento opposto cioè not-hover.
• $(this).attr(“src”,”immagine.png”); Questa porzione di codice sostituisce il contenuto dell’attributo SRC nel tag IMG.
