I'm a Web Marketing Specialist with more than 10 years of professional experience in several domains, ranging from Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)Digital AnalyticsWeb DevelopmentUnix Like (mainly Linux) server configuration and management, and in my latest experience I'm focusing my skills on the new Marketing Technology field.

I started as developer at a very young age in a geeky way, with a lot of interest in the early days of the internet in Italy and in what the hacking community was producing in the late 90s.

In November 2008 I co-founded the leading Google Android community in Italy Androidiani.com with my friend and business partner Andrea.

Since then, Androidiani has become the leading Android community in Italy now counting 600k registered users.

In the last years I had the big opportunity to work for three Internet Companies providing services from Hotel Web Marketing to Strategic Digital Marketing Consultancy for medium/big-sized companies.

I'm passionate about the crowdfunding movement and especially Equity Crowdfuding investments.

In April 2015, after a long time of informal business association, me and my business partner Andrea founded Pyramid LTD company.

Responsible for overseeing the marketing technology stack, including the selection process of platforms, their implementation and integration and in driving adoption with key business stakeholders within both Marketing and IT depts.

As main project I am following the integration and the adoption of the Adobe Experience Cloud suite (in particular: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, and the integration with Adobe Experience Manager) by Costa Crociere and by several other brands of Carnival Corporation with whom I work closely.

Working closely with many BU of the Global Strategic Marketing, proving support on digital data consultation (such as analysis, reports, automation, etc.), tools adoption, new integrations and general IT consultancy.

Androidiani.com is the leading web site focusing on Google Android technology, boasting on average 200.000 sessions per day.

In charge of web site mainteinance as well as of its forum, having more than 600.000 users.

In charge of Androidiani.com public relations: promoter of partnerships with specialised publications and companies.

Managing the team of web editors and bloggers contributing to the blog which is updated on a daily basis. Managing of moderators and super-moderators of the forum.

In charge of setting up the new Digital Analytics department within TSW: HR and recruiting, training and training-on-the-job for new staff, analysis of the needs of the department.

In charge of coordinating DA activities (see description under the experience as Digital Analyst), in close cooperation with SEO department.

Member of the Digital Analytics Team, responsible of the following activities in close relations with clients:

- Analysis (qualitative & quantitative) by means of Web Analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst), and instruments of log analysis;

- Configuration and Customization of statistical applications and data monitoring by means of application APIs and (mainly) JAVA; these applications are then used to create customized and automated Dashboards;

- Advanced tracking of web / mobile app platforms using Google Tag Manager;

- Configuration and monitoring of A/B.N testing, multivariate testing and targeting, mainly through Adobe Test & Target;

- Weekly reporting to clients by means of written outputs and ad hoc meetings.

I started working @ TSW as a SEO Specialist dealing with highly complex projects:

- Drafting reports aiming to choose and implement the optimisation strategy and ranking of customers' websites;

- Long term support to ensure the web targets set by the clients;

- Daily interaction with the client in order to adjust the agreed web strategy;

- Managing internal SEO Tools: updates and maintenance of the tools aiming to analyze data (incremental backups of website errors scraped from Google Webmaster tools, backlinks data from different sources, etc.) and creating advanced Dashboards.

March 2009 - March 2011

Web Developer, SEO & Web Analyst in the field of Hotel Marketing and tourism promotion.

Working in the Italian Research & Dev department, in charge of the following activities:

- Research & Development of advanced applied services;

- Website SEO Analysis and Optimisation;

- Analysis of customers' web needs;

- Booking engine configuration and data analysis;

- Support in the management of Italian customers;

- Responsible for email marketing services.

Mec314 was a marketing company primarily focused in hotel websites creation.

I have been hired as Web Developer and Email Marketing manager in the field of Hotel Marketing and tourism promotion.

I also had the opportunity to support to the SEO staff as SEO junior.

Mec314 was acquired in February 2009 by Fastbooking s.a.
